...and one more thing I would add: Prepare yourself to do your best, but also EXPECT that it may be easier than you think ;) Which, in many cases, proves to be true ;)

The most difficult thing when you are standing in front of the mirror is to stand your own look, 'cause at first you may feel sooooo stupid... :) This is the most slippery point where it's easy to give up, and actually the most important thing to overcome. In the end, do you really gonna get what you want, or would you prefer to have one more proof that you are uncapable of doing it, by refusing to admit that you do? ;) But if you cope with that, nothing can knock you down! Tested and guaranteed ;)

And a remark about anchor gestures. The 'anchor' will be even more effective if you not only make it BEFORE something important, but also 'mark' every your success with it - make it every time AFTER you get something successfully done. This can be anything, no matter how big or small - let it be the fact that you've caught your bus and made it to the office in time this morning :P The size doesn't count, the principle is the same for everything ;) This way, this gesture will connect you not only with that particular moment of strength and confidence, but also with all your previous successes. You'll feel invincible! :)
